Garments must be drop shipped to HCT and are subject to receiving and inventory verification.
How applications are counted
Each print location counts as one application. For example, 100 garments with a front and back print equals 200 applications. Spoilage and replacement applications are not charged to the customer.
Finishing options
Add the finishing touches
Folding and bagging includes folding each garment and sealing it in an individual bag. This service adds one to two business days at every quantity level.

Rates apply per standard-sized garment carton weighing up to 30 pounds. Orders using multiple cartons are charged per box.

Drop-shipped garment timing
The production clock begins only after all inventory is physically received, counted, and verified at our dock. If quantities, sizes, or styles do not match the receiving documentation, the order is placed on hold until confirmation is received and the completion date may be delayed.
Rush service is subject to approval and current availability. Orders over 1,500 applications require custom scheduling based on press capacity and project scope.
